Delivery notes & invoices
FrachtPilot creates, manages, sends and archives all documents for your marketing. With just one click. You can either take the design from one of our templates or create your own design.
Good to know:
You can send your accounting data directly to your tax advisor digitally without any effort. Use one of the industry-standard charts of accounts or define your own chart of accounts.
Design all documents according to your individual wishes. You can decide the layout and information of your documents at any time.
Organise your customers with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in FrachtPilot. Use customer groups to manage conditions, prices and delivery terms.
Finally, you can see at a glance where each customer is located. You can either put together your tours on a map with just a few clicks, or you can let FrachtPilot plan the tours automatically and optimally. Packing lists and delivery notes can then be created automatically for each tour.
FrachtPilot automates the invoicing of deposits and delivery costs, facilitates the recording of deposit returns at the customer’s premises and also allows the tracking of deposit deliveries and returns.
