Your role as CSM

  • You are responsible for customer support
  • You present our product / function portfolio to customers and develop customer-specific offer strategies
  • You act as an interface between our customers and our sales, marketing and product teams
  • You familiarise customers with our solutions during onboarding
  • You build up the customer relationship and accompany the introduction of our products
  • You conduct training courses for customers to ensure successful use
  • You increase our customers’ satisfaction and arouse interest in further products
  • You are an active part of the customer’s daily work:
  • You increase the satisfaction of our customers and arouse interest in further products
  • You are an active steakholder in the sprint reviews of the development teams

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a commercial or technical degree or training in the field of IT – career changers are also very welcome
  • You have experience as a Customer Success Manager:in – preferably in the IT industry (SaaS) – or are willing to learn this with us
  • You are fascinated by IT / digitalisation
  • Solution orientation and perseverance are just as much part of your strengths as team spirit
  • You can score points at all levels with your excellent communication skills and confident manner
